The questions we hear most.

What do I need to send to get started?

Your final renders at the highest resolution you have. Floor plans or notes on your target buyer are helpful, but not required.

Do you work with renders from any software?

Yes. We work from the final images, so it doesn't matter whether they were made in 3ds Max, Lumion, D5, Enscape, Twinmotion, V-Ray or Corona.

Can you add people to renders I already have?

Yes. We add people to existing renders while keeping the perspective, scale and architecture, and can then animate them on video.

How is an animated render different from a 3D walkthrough?

A 3D walkthrough has to be rendered from scratch using the 3D model. We animate the renders you already have, with camera moves and people, without rebuilding the 3D model.

What formats do you deliver in?

MP4 files: horizontal 16:9 for websites and presentations, and vertical 9:16, 4:5 or 1:1 for Instagram, TikTok and ads.

Do you work with projects in any country?

Yes. We work remotely with developers, architecture studios and real estate agencies in Costa Rica, Argentina and any other country, in English or Spanish.
